RESTAURANTS ON LAKE BOLSENA
On the shores of the lake you can find small fish restaurants serving both sea and lake fish. Especially during spring and summer, it is very pleasant to have lunch or dinner on the lakeside.
Grilled whitefish, royal perch fillets, fried seasonal smelts, and all possible variations.
But the sea fish dishes are just as good, since the fishing port of Civitavecchia is only a few kilometers away.
