We have renovated an old stable, creating an apartment with an unmistakable style. The ancient manger and the chestnut beam roof bring back the atmosphere of the past. Living room with kitchen, bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom with walk-in shower. Sofa bed for a possible fourth guest.

TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR AN APARTMENT AT THE CASALE NELLA TUSCIA:
1) send an email to: anita.tuscia@gmail.com or a WhatsApp message to +39/3460113286 specifying the type of apartment you wish to book and the dates of arrival and departure
2) we will reply via the same channel regarding availability and prices for the desired dates, the total amount and the deposit (about 30%). Deposit to be paid by bank transfer
3) once the deposit has been transferred, please send a photo of the receipt via WhatsApp and we will confirm your booking immediately
4) After the first night of your stay, you will pay the balance (about 70%)
5) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site 1.80 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 16 do not pay
PLEASE NOTE: in case of cancellation the deposit paid will not be refunded
