THE APARTMENT IN THE GARDEN has 2 bedrooms. The first with a double bed and a bed

gazebo at your disposal to enjoy your meals outdoors. Complete change of linen (

single and the second with a double bed. New memory foam mattresses for a comfortable rest. Brand new bathroom with hairdryer. Living room with fully equipped kitchen. Microwave, Smart 32" TV with free access to: Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Prime, WiFi, Nespresso machine, washing machine and safe will make your stay a pleasant experience. Independent entrance directly from the garden and a large sheets and towels) every 4 days or on request

TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR AN APARTMENT AT THE CASALE IN TUSCIA:

1) send an email to: anita.tuscia@gmail.com or a WhatsApp message to +39/3460113286 specifying the type of apartment you wish to book and the dates of arrival and departure

2) we will reply on the same channel regarding availability and prices for the desired dates, the total amount and the deposit (about 30%). Deposit to be paid by bank transfer

3) once the deposit transfer has been made, please send a photo of the receipt via WhatsApp and we will confirm the booking immediately

4) After the first night of your stay you will pay the balance (about 70%)

5) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site 1.80 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 16 do not pay

PLEASE NOTE: in case of cancellation the deposit paid will not be refunded
