BUTTERFLY APARTMENT

The Butterfly Apartment, in addition to having 2 bedrooms for a total of 7 guests, has the unique feature of a private north-facing garden that is fully fenced. This makes it ideal for those traveling with small children or four-legged friends, as you can keep them constantly under control. A large living room with a dining area equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals has direct access to the private garden, which also features a small vegetable garden at your complete disposal.

The apartment is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING. The apartment also has a washing machine and radiator heating.

The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and the second bedroom is also organized with a double bed and a single bed. In the living room with kitchenette, a43" Smart TV withaccess to Netflix, Youtube, and Amazon Prime will allow you to watch your favorite programs.

To enjoy your meals outdoors, you have 2 options: in the private garden (north entrance) in total privacy; or under the large cedar of Lebanon (south entrance) in the large garden.

In the living room, a single convertible sofa is available for a possible seventh guest. Linen change (sheets and towels) every 4 days or upon your request.

TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR AN APARTMENT AT CASALE NELLA TUSCIA:

1) send an email to: anita.tuscia@gmail.com or a WhatsApp message to +39/3460113286 specifying the type of apartment you wish to book and the arrival and departure dates

2) we will reply on the same channel regarding availability and prices for the desired dates, the total amount, and the deposit (about 30%). Deposit to be paid by bank transfer

3) once the deposit has been transferred, please send a photo of the receipt via WhatsApp and we will confirm your reservation immediately

4) After the first night of your stay, you will pay the balance (about 70%)

5) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site, €1.80 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 16 do not pay

NB: in case of cancellation, the deposit paid will not be refunded
