The flat Butterflies in addition to having 2 bedrooms for a total of 6 guests, has the unique feature of having a private garden in the north area completely fenced. This aspect makes it excellent for those who have small children or 4-legged friends with them to be able to keep them constantly under control. A large living room with dining area equipped with all the equipment to prepare your meals has direct access to the private garden which also houses a small vegetable garden at your complete disposal.The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and radiator heating. bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, while the second bedroom has a sofa bed that converts to a double and a single bed. In front of the sofa bed, a second 43 "Smart TV with access to Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Prime will allow you to watch your favorite programs. Bathroom with shower and window overlooking the garden. TO MAKE A RESERVATION OF AN APARTMENT OF THE CASALE IN TUSCIA: 1) send an email to: anita.tuscia@gmail.com or a Wattsapp message to +39/3460113286 specifying the type of apartment you want to book and the arrival dates and departure 2) we will reply on the same channel about the availability for the desired dates, the total amount and the advance fee (about 30%). Deposit to be paid by bank transfer3) once the deposit has been transferred, please send a photo of the accountant via Wattsapp and we will confirm the reservation immediately 4) After the first night of stay you will pay the balance (approximately 70%) 5)
TOURIST TAX: to be paid locally 1.80 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 16 do not pay
