Immerse yourself in the history and beauty of Viterbo, one of the most charming medieval villages in Italy. You will stay in our cozy apartment located in Palazzo Pagliacci, a historic building from the 1400s that belonged to the noble family of the same name.
The apartment, quiet and peaceful, is located on the second floor of a period building on Corso Italia and is ideal for families, groups of friends, students away from home, or workers who wish to experience an authentic stay in the heart of the city.
The strategic location allows you to reach on foot all the main points of interest such as the San Pellegrino district with the Cathedral, the Palazzo dei Papi, Piazza del Plebiscito, and the numerous churches and museums. Restaurants, bars, and pubs are all within easy reach. Just a few minutes by car are the famous Viterbo Thermal Baths and Lake Bolsena with its beaches, restaurants, and lakeside walks.

Some useful information:
- the third bedroom (equipped with air conditioning) is located in the attic and is accessed via an internal staircase
- free parking 8 minutes on foot
- paid parking 4 minutes on foot
- the building is located in a ZTL area. Here are the times when car traffic is prohibited: 10:30-13:00 and 15:00-20:00
- The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator and is therefore not recommended for people with even partial mobility impairments

The short-term rental activity of our apartments has been authorized by both the municipality of Viterbo and the Lazio region and, as required by the regional tourism law, we have been assigned an identification code (No. 1698) and a QR code, which we show in the photo, from which it is possible to obtain all information relating to the licenses.
We have already completed the ecological transition.WE AND OUR GUESTS EMIT ZERO CO2 INTO THE ENVIRONMENT BECAUSE:
1) We have installed a 6kw photovoltaic system that feeds excess production into the public grid after our/your self-consumption
2) No. 2 wall box charging stations available for guests to recharge electric (EV) or plug-in (PHEV) cars
3) Solar thermal system to have plenty of hot water from the sun
4) In winter periods we heat all the apartments with a biomass boiler.

WHO WE ARE
In 2013 our family decided to change everything! Tired of the big city, we made a radical decision to improve our quality of life and moved to the countryside. We chose an old farmhouse with an ancient history in the countryside of Tuscia Viterbese. We renovated the old stables, turning them into apartments equipped with every comfort, which we offer to curious tourists, workers, military personnel, and students living away from home. Anita manages the welcome of our guests with passion, dedication, and attention to detail.
